Copyright and Takedown

How to report material that you think infringes your rights.

Last updated: 11 October 2026

How to send a notice

If you believe that material on this site infringes your copyright or another right, write to [email protected]. Include:

1. Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.

2. A description of the work or right that you say is infringed.

3. The exact address of each page on this site that contains the material.

4. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.

5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner of the right, or are authorised to act for the owner.

6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What we do

When we receive a complete notice, we review the material and, where appropriate, remove it or disable access to it. If we remove material that someone else gave us, we tell that person when we can.

If you believe that we removed material by mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same address. Give your contact details, identify the material, and explain why you believe the removal was a mistake.

Notes

These steps follow the notice-and-takedown practice of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act and the expectations of UK law for hosts of online material. A false notice can make you liable for damages.
